We respects your privacy and is committed to protect your privacy and personal data. The service fully host on Google App Engine and use Google Cloud Datastore as the Database.

Data collection & Uses made of the Data

  1. In order to provide better services to you, we need to collect and process the following data.
    1. Temporary data, when the program is executed when you execute a function. The temporary data will be deleted after the task is executed.
    2. Audit log, we will keep some necessary information every time you perform the function, put it on the Log page, so that you can track the history in the future.
    3. Convenient for you to know the STATUS of your last action. including:
      1. We will keep the Google Spreadsheet Id that you filled in at the "Update Directory", "Update Contact Group", "Update Users Profile". You will know the Spreadsheet of the last work during your next visit.
      2. In the "Update Contact Group", we will keep the GROUP NAME, we will remove the OLD GROUP from the Contact the next time you perform the "Update Contact Group" feature.
    4. Your email address, We use Google OAuth to identify you and keep your email address for interaction with you.

Uses made of the Google APIs

  1. The purposes for which Google APIs may be used by Master Console
    1. Feature: Delete Contacts For The user
      1. Google Contacts API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for the user.
      2. Google People API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for the user.
    2. Feature: Delete Contacts For All Users
      1. Google Directory API is used to query accounts of your domain.
      2. Google Contacts API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for all accounts.
      3. Google People API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for all accounts.
    3. Feature: Update Contact Group
      1. Google Sheet API is used to read your contact list in your Google Spreadsheet.
      2. Google Directory API is used to query accounts of your domain.
      3. Google Contacts API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for all accounts and create Contact who you want to add for all accounts.
      4. Google People API is used to delete Contact who you want to remove for all accounts and create Contact who you want to add for all accounts.
    4. Feature: Update Directory
      1. Google Sheet API is used to read your contact list in your Google Spreadsheet.
      2. Google Directory API is used to delete contacts in Directory and create new contacts in Directory.
    5. Feature: Export Current Directory Contacts
      1. Google Drive API is used to create a Spreadsheet into your account.
      2. Google Directory API is used to read contacts in Directory.
      3. Google Sheet API is used to write contacts from Directory to Google Spreadsheet.
    6. Feature: Update Users Profile
      1. Google Sheet API is used to read your users profile data from your Google Spreadsheet.
      2. Google Directory API is used to query accounts of your domain and update users’ profile.
    7. Feature: Export Users Profile
      1. Google Drive API is used to create a Spreadsheet into your account.
      2. Google Directory API is used to get users profile.
      3. Google Sheet API is used to write contacts from Directory to Google Spreadsheet.
    8. Feature: Show User Profile in Directory
      1. Google Directory API is used to query accounts for your domain and update the setting.
    9. Feature: Password Change Policy
      1. Google Directory API is used to query accounts for your domain and update the setting.
    10. Feature: Delete Email
      1. Google Directory API is used to query accounts for your domain.
      2. Google Gmail API is used to delete email which you want to delete for all accounts.
  2. We only perform the actions required for the functionality described by this feature, we will not perform actions outside of the feature description.
  3. When you perform the features we provide, this service will authorize Google APIs to access your data via your account. You can browse to the G Suite Admin Console(https://admin.google.com) > Report > Token and type “Master Console” in the Application Name field.
